Therapeutic Massage For Your WHOLE Being" is my authentic philosophy for delivering the maximum therapeutic results to each client as a professional Licensed Massage Therapist.

 I perceive the client's body as a whole, going beyond the superficial connective tissue and fascia layers of the muscular system. For every client, it is my goal to facilitate a deep healing and relaxation experience which encompasses their physical trinity of: 

1) BODY (fascia & connective tissue),

2) MIND (central nervous system) and 

3) ENERGY (internal meridians).

 Ultimately, a person will benefit most from a therapeutic massage when all three of these elements are incorporated into their full body massage.

I have  two decades of spa and massage experience combined. Having exposure to the Hawaiian massage modality of Lomi-Lomi, while living in Kailua Kona, Hawaii and the extensive 700+ hour training I received in Sedona, Arizona has allowed me to combine the best elements of multi-modality massage into my unique approach to delivering an authentic, intuitive, healing experience for every individual.

I regularly attend Continuing Education Courses on various techniques to refine my skills and keep current on the latest discoveries and advancements in the massage industry. 

While I specialize in true deep tissue massage, all massage experiences are customized to meet the client's individual needs for responsive pressure (light to deep) and specific physical ailments, for which they are seeking therapy.  

When living on the Big Island of Hawaii, in Kailua Kona, I was part owner in the island's largest privately owned Day Spa. There I was exposed to the Hawaiian massage practices, rituals and traditions. Our spa garnished awards and accolades from various sources including Forbes Traveler Magazine, OUT Traveler Magazine and was named the 'Best Day Spa in West Hawaii' for many consecutive years. In Sedona Arizona, my private practive was recognized as one of the top 'Top 10 Things To Do in Sedona' and had been awarded the 'TripAdvisor Award of Excellence' for 6 years in a row! I am humbled and proud of the solid 5 star ratings from every client review I have received on line.  

As I approach each client individually, my work is based in the Hawaiian Lomi massage theory, while incorporating other multi-modalities from my extensive training and experience. Such as, Shiatsu/Internal Organ Meridians, Swedish, Cranial Sacral, Ortho-Bionomy, Trigger Point, Reflexology of the Feet, Hands and Scalp, Polarity Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Passive Joint Therapy, Fascial Release Therapy and Jin-Shin-Jitsu.
